COLLECTION:

In the case of self-collection, the seller first informs the customer by email that the goods he has ordered are ready for collection. After receiving an email, the customer can pick up the goods at the seller's headquarters after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged or the portion (of the advance payment already made) of the shipping costs will be transferred back from the seller to the buyer after the goods have been picked up.
